Do I really need lube or can I just spit on it?
YES! In fact, you will need OODLES of lube. Your rectum does not self-lubricate. You will need lube to help insert your butt plug. However, you need to choose what lubricant you are buying carefully. Silicone toy - avoid silicone lube and stick with a water-based lube (silicone lube breaks down the silicone on your plug). Metal and Glass plugs can work with all different kinds of lube.
